– Rental Period: The minimum rental period is 5 days, and the maximum is agreed individually with the client. The vehicle must be returned on the specified day and time.
– Return Location: The vehicle must be returned to the same location where it was rented, unless otherwise agreed. Returning to a different location may incur an additional charge.
– Fuel Policy: The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, the client will be charged for the missing fuel.
– Mileage Limit: The mileage limit is 300 km per day. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges.
– Permitted Countries: The vehicle may only be used within Spain. Leaving the country is only possible with the company’s consent.
– Age Requirements: The minimum age of the renter is 26 years.
– Documents: A valid passport or ID and an international driver’s license are required.
– Traffic Regulations: The client agrees to comply with all traffic rules. Violations result in penalties to be paid by the client.
– All vehicles have full insurance with a deductible, which is held as a deposit during the rental period. In case of damages, the amount will be deducted within this deductible.
– Late Return Fees: A delay of more than 2 hours in returning the vehicle will incur an additional charge.
– Penalty Fees: Smoking in the vehicle, damaging property, or exceeding the mileage limit incurs penalty fees.
– Vehicle Inspection: Before and after rental, an inspection of the vehicle is carried out. Clients are recommended to document the vehicle’s condition with photos or videos.
– Damage Documentation: Any damage identified upon return is recorded, and a report is signed. If damages were not recorded at pick-up, compensation may be recalculated.
